Certification company "LL-C (Certification) in Prague, conducted in Municipality of Palilula-Nis the first audit at ISO 9001:2008 QMS. According to Boban Džunić, president of Municipality of Palilula, the first results of assessment of the quality standards of municipal government Palilula are positive. Our satisfaction is that this information allows us to stream towards continued validity and that motivation to our work is going to be stronger, says President Džunić.
The main goal of successful work of Municipality of Palilula is complete customer satisfaction. Representatives of the certification body LL-C (Certification) from Prague-Czech Republic, authorized by CERT'' PLUS'' Agency of engineering management systems, assessed in 2012th that the Board of Palilula meets the strict requirements of quality standards. As pointed out by Marija Brajdić, Head of Municipal Administration, ever since then Agency regularly monitors the work of municipal bodies and customer satisfaction of citizens of Palilula, and all employees.
The quality management system is an integral part of business policy of Municipality of Palilula and all activities of its establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement are aligned with the relevant legislation. With the adoption of quality standards ISO 9001:2008, Municipality of Palilula is found on the world referent list of local self governments that meet the strict requirements of quality standards, and to confirm this, there is also the successful realization of numerous project activities financially supported by the European Union.
